Website and email
This website has no user accounts, contact form or newsletter. It uses no analytics or advertising tracking pixels.
If you email us, we use your email address and the information in your message to respond to your enquiry. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries sent to us. We retain correspondence for as long as necessary to handle the enquiry or as required by law. Providing information is voluntary; without the information needed to respond, we may be unable to handle your enquiry.
Language choice
Your browser's local storage remembers your language choice. This preference is not sent to us or used for tracking. You can delete it in your browser settings.
YouTube
YouTube content does not load automatically. The player loads in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com), or a YouTube page opens, only after you take action. Google may then process your IP address and device information under Google's Privacy Policy.
Hosting and service providers
This website uses Cloudflare Pages (Cloudflare, Inc., USA) for hosting. Cloudflare processes technical request data, such as IP addresses, request times, requested URLs and browser information, to deliver pages and prevent attacks. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in providing a working, secure website (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)). Cloudflare acts as a processor for data processed on our behalf; it also processes some data under its own terms to operate and secure its network. Log retention depends on the data, service, security needs and legal requirements; we do not promise a single fixed number of days. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy and Data Processing Addendum.
We receive and send email through Google's Gmail. Google therefore processes message contents, email addresses and technical delivery data. We use these data to respond to enquiries on the basis described above; Google's processing to operate and secure its service is covered by Google's Privacy Policy. We retain correspondence according to the need to handle the enquiry and any legal requirements. After deletion, Google may need time to remove copies from active and backup systems; see Google's retention policy.
Cloudflare and Google may process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the USA. Their published transfer mechanisms include applicable adequacy decisions, including the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, and, where needed, European Commission standard contractual clauses. Details of safeguards are available in Cloudflare's Data Processing Addendum and Google's data transfer frameworks.

To request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, restriction of processing, or to exercise other applicable data protection rights, email the address above. You may object to processing based on legitimate interest. You may also lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate.
